Feds Clear Wu-Tang Of Involvement Of Murders In 1999

(VIA: AllHipHop News) The Feds have convicted a New York drug kingpin of two murders that he blamed on the Wu-Tang Clan.

Judge Eric Vitaliano sentenced Anthony (Nitty) Christian to life in prison for the 1999 murders of Jerome”Boo Boo” Estella and Corey “Shank Bank” Brooker.

During the trial last year, Nitty’s defense lawyers raised the possibility that Wu-Tang members ordered the killings, for robbing RZA and attempting to extort Raekwon.

As a result of the robberies and extortion attempt, RZA supposedly put a $30,000 bounty out on the streets for their murders.

On Friday (July 22), Judge Vitaliano dismissed the claims and branded Nitty a dangerous drug dealer who terrorized the Park Hill housing projects in Staten Island for over 20 years.

Judge Vitaliano ruled that Nitty and his brother Harvey ordered both of the murders, simply to expand their drug territory.

The men were convicted based on evidence by a former Blood’s gang member named Brian Humphreys.

Humphreys was the man who pulled the trigger in the Estrella case.

He became an informant in 1999 and testified against both of the Christian Brothers during the trial.
